This download comes with an installer, please check to make sure that the installer points to the right location; the folder name should be "Blood and Iron Age of Imperialism" If you are having trouble running the module, run Large Address Aware on Warband.exe (this allows Warband to use more than 2gb of memory), and set "load textures on demand" to "true". If you experience a black screen when joining a game, increase your graphics quality or use the "postfx - normal.fx" file in place of the default one.
